With internet services available worldwide, people can now tap its facilites to do many things which were impossible in the past. They can now do this at their fingertips, cheaply and faster, so long as there is an online or Wifi internet connection to let them contact the person a the other end. What are the benefits of working from home? With sales and marketing staff working from home, the company could give up the rental of a complete floor of a building it currently occupies on lease. What do you think? Appreciated your sharing. Happy mylotting!

Hi mawong79! I could see that there are really benefits of working at home. To name a few: avoiding traffic, you can eat whenever you want to, take a nap or move freely. Renting a space for an office could be expensive, and another expenditure are electric, water and phone bills. It would be quite convenient to have workers or to work at home. As for managing concerns, it would be quite difficult to manage or monitor the employees whom you do not see. Happy mylotting everyone!

You dont have to go anywhere. Complete freedom on your work, rest hours as you wish, overtime can be extended if required. AND, YOU DONT HAVE TO SEE YOUR BOSS' *CKING FACE....

Its more savings for the company to have employees working from home for they can just monitor them through internet & business is going on with no more rentals, overhead expenses & etc., IF I find a reliable site that will really pay me then I would prefer to work at home at the same time I can oversee my nanny who is taking care of my toddler.

There are a lot of work-at-home opertunities out there already. A majority of them are scams promising you'll earn big bucks sitting on your couch posting links. Those types that offer that type of work are scams. A real work-at-home job requires time and effort and the use of a home office. At least a work-at-home job that you want to use to make a living. Benifits include making your own schedule, your own hours, and not having an office to go to. The needs for sales, telemarketing, are so much so that a lot of people now offer work-from-home jobs in such departments. A majority of telemarkerters for example are those such people.
