My friend is unhappy and f*cked up these days. He is in love with a girl. His family doesn't like that girl. My friend agreed that FAMILY FIRST but he loves her too much and over protective to her and obsessed with her. He got no future with that girl and he is aware of that fact. How can i detach him from her? * My friend has no income of his own but belongs to a well to do family. * My friend is easy going and that girl is a model (I don't believe she is like him). * Friend is a kind of Drop-out and have no interest in studies.

Um. Pray? Situations like these are beyond your control. It's really the person's last say, it's really the person's decision. You should... Let go. Just let go. And pray. I know you mean well, but let circumstances change your friend's situation. Say your piece, say your opinion, then pray and let go. That's all you could do, really.

Hi neyalorien: you're totally correct, we can give some advices to someone that ask us to do this but we can not make a person change if he or she doesn't really want to do it. Praying is something he can do and of course talk to his friend if he wants to receive and advice. Thanks for your answer. Have a nice day. -Alvaro.

Never mind!Let him enjoy his love as far as he can push it.sooner or later the girl will find that your friend cannot cope up with her and all will end as you like and the family's wish.Don't get offended as I am saying like this. But how can your friend without educational qualification to earn a job or without any income can spend for his girl?

Hi passion 4 blues: human feelings are so complicated that it's a challenge to try that someone change his mind. You can only try to talk with him, invite him to do some things that will make him forget her or at leas to think in his priorities. Time heal all wounds or at least that's what people says. Hope this is the case of your friend. Thanks for asking us for advice. Have a nice day. -Alvaro.
