Do you have any ideas to keep healthy whthin your house??

i have lived this place for one year but not accustomed to the weather.i have been used to running in the moning.but here the temperature is very low,so i can't do that agian.and every day i just sitted in front of my computer,and i could feel my body is not so good as before.i need some exercise.so my friends,do you have any ideas to help me get out of this heathy crise

IT is acceptable that some people even more than a year living in the house really find it uneasy, or hard to adjust the environment. Adaptation is necessary for you to become healthy and do things in accordance to your lifestyle and wants. first, Always Exercise for this is the best way to release heat in your body and gain good body complex. It stretches out your muscles and make your systems active and prevent blocking of blood circulation in your body. If you are always stagnant, then it will give you many illnesses, your immune system will get weak and seemingly you will get sick that easy because of stagnancy. Walking and cleaning is a form of exercise too.It help you burn bad fats stored in your body. second, Eat foods that will make you enjoy and not boredom. But be reminded to take healthy meals.. third, Bring out the creativity in yourself by making your place the way you wanted to have and be comfortable with. All the things there will never be appealing to you if you will not re-arrange them. You can put your favorite stuffs there..change any that will satisfy you or content you. fourth, if you have friends to visit there, well then good for you, so you can freely share ideas and enjoy yourself staying their till you have adjusted yourself totally to the environment and changes. IT is normal to any people who have difficulties in adaptations but what is better , is that you managed to adjust yourself and enjoy things in life you do not want to miss off. Do things in a step by step basis or one at a time for you to have focus on all areas you are inclined to do their at home and enjoy.

thanks for your advice very much,now i think maybe the major reason that i haven't adapt to this small house is i couldn't arrange my time very well,and sometimes i have told me to do excercise,but i was doing someting else when it come,then i told me do it next day,so finally,i gived it up,now my body has been very bad,so i must do some change.

You can do yoga or some dancing, it is easy to do inside room. We often meet this kind of problem. When winter come we will spend more time in room.

oh,now the place i'm living is rented and it's very small,i don't think it's proper for yoga and dancing,thanks and Merry Christmas

Dear friend, There is way be healthy but one have to go systematically according the schedule that is prepared for being healthy like wake up before 5.00am brush your teeth do some exercises, relax some times, take bath, eat breakfast that too as per the dietitian instructions so on... If one goes according to expert guidance it is well and good and you will be healthy.

Yes I Do have a little Idea for that,you should 1)Consume good and Healthy Fruits and green Vegetables. 2)Do Take 3 litres of water daily and do Inner house Exercises. 3)Avoid late Night T.V. 4)get up early in the Morning.

Do more indoor sports.~~~ Drink more water, and keep air fresh?
