how can i lower my uric acid

Hello friends
I have high Uric Acid (6.5) since last year. Please suggest me the natural remady to cure it. I don't want to use any medicine. If you have any Idea please help me.

I have the same problems before. Usually it causes pain on the feet most especially if you have to much uric acid deposited. A friend of mine suggested that I should drink milk. So I tried it for several days, and it was great. So every time, I can feel that my uric acid is high, then I drink milk.
