i am so afraid of everything - heights, dark, ghosts, insects, men, heartbreak, rejection- u name it, i'm afraid of it

I am closterphobic. I can not stand to be in tight spaces. I think my worst nightmare would have to being buried alive. I would want it over and done with. I feel like I'm suffocating when I get in a closed in area.

My worst nightmare would be losing my children. I've had these awful nightmares before. I've woken up in tears and physicaly ill.
