I watched the match India Vs Srilanka yesterday, it was so interesting match. But in last moment of the match when it remains 2 overs and required run is 12. An very easy fielding was missed by the Indian fast bowler Zaheer Khan and it is gone to the boundary. Very bad luck. Another one is a genuine LBW is not declared by the umpire.
What do you say for what India lost the match? For its overconfidence or bad luck?

Yes it is very sad that India had lost the 2 ODI as they were in for a win with 7 wickets down.It was zaheer only who got 2 wickets in the same over. But he did that because he was looking to go for the wickets and then he lost the bounce of the ball and slipped through his hands and 4.from that point it was gone for india,it was just the bad luck with India that they are loosing so many matches closely and it has been seen that the Indians are not able to keep up with the nerves in the last moments.

I want to clearout some points first:
1. That LBW decision was correct as from TV replay it was very clear that bowl is pictched in the leg-side and as per Rules it can't be declared as LBW
2. You can't blame Zaheer Kahn for loss, it was the tense moment and in that moment it can happen to any fielder. Remember Gibbs drops Steve Waugh in World cup match at a very critical moment.
and also Zaheer was the only bowler who took 3 wickets in quick succession and bring India back into the match. Otherwise will not reach to that stage also.
