Gissi I love your coat. Would you like some booties to match? Yes, I heard that growl. I KNOW you don't like wearing it, but really it is good for you - and yes, I was just teasing re the booties. Maybe wellies?

Hey gabs! How adorable Gissi looks in that coat! Great color for him! He looks like quite the Fashionista! Maybe try some booties, although most doggies don't like them either! He just is too precious for words! Just looking at the snow made me colder than I already am and we're expecting quite the storm here today! Those weather people are threatening maybe a foot of the white stuff! Now, that's too much for me!

very cute. This snow is cool. I'm getting a puppy of my own soon so that I can play in the snow with. I love snow pictures as well. You usually get some really nice pictures and scenery no matter where the picture is taken!

Good job he was well wrapped up and warm, I managed it in one piece to drive all over to Essex yesterday and back again! In actual fact the M25 was clear! And I made it over in record time, but I don't like the snow and so I wasn't out there extending my back kicks which I still have to practice at self defence but preferably NOT in the snow. I am off into London today and there has been no more snow in fact the sun is shining brightly and I have my windows open today, hopefully this is the end of it and I can once again join Gissi outside to play without none of the nasty white stuff to impede our enjoyment xxxx

Hi Gabs, If at first you don't succeed ... This is my second attempt to reply to this, as it wouldn't post the first time. This discussion has brought me out of my myLot retirement (briefly anyway,) as I couldn't resist it. I haven't been on 'here' for almost a year now, and have missed friends like you. Thanks for sharing Gissi's photo. He looks adorable, and so snug and cozy in his warm winter coat. I'm sorry for not keeping in touch, but I've had quite the year, and I realize that you've been having many challenges too. Here's hoping that 2010 will be a better year for many of us. We had no snow at all! Did you get a lot? I was hoping we would get a lot of snow so that me and the kids could have a day at home because it was sooooo cold haha! But it didnt and the kids were glad in the end because they had parties and games day at school and they didnt want to miss it.

ah gabs he is a little darling but He did get you that time, betTha he was thinking I will just teach mum a little lesson taking me out in this ugh cold snow.That's such a cute picture and he looks so funny trying to walk in that cold stuff. Definitely a fashion item - the coat. Dexter has a red tartan one with a sheepskin lining. He knows when the coat and lead appear, its time for walks. But he likes to mess about when i am trying to button up the front of the coat and then do up the waistband belt. he either waits until i have got the button done up then rolls over and waves his paws in the air, or he gets the coat partly done up and then fidgets about while i try to do the other bit done up. But the end result i worth the messing about and don't they look cute with their coats on. Dexters tail also curls over his back just like gissi's. great fun!! hugs

yes he is what a little sweetie. i really think hes so much to you like my coco to me. i often wonder how my coco would consider snow she doesnt like getting wet tho and she also does the kick thing after she potties. almost like a cat covering up the poo. i guess lots of little dogs do that.

oh, he's just too cute! My dogs LOVE the snow.. My sable Collie Tennyson prefers to eat it! He thinks that when it snows, the SNOWCONE GOD has left the whole backyard full of snow for his eating pleasure. I have had dogs that love to play in it and like to catch it when I throw it.. But he just takes it to another level. Heck Sometimes I think we don't even have to shovel.. just send him out and he will clear the way.. He's not so smart though... he once ate so much I swear he was shivering and he still wanted more. I had to force him to go in the house.. Crazy dog!

Cute and snug like a little bug! I bet those paws are a bit chilly though! The coat is great; I wish I could get my dog to wear one without destroying it! Gissi is a cutie pie all right, I’ve seen a few of his UTube videos, he is a little star, I think! It is so hard to relate to the snow, I am sitting in my dining room with the air conditioner on and all the windows and doors closed because it is really boiling hot out there! I love the summer but if I could experience snow again, I would love it!
