Do you get your groceries delivered?

Everytime I stand in the queue at the supermarket I think about how nice it would be just to get it delivered home. I use the website anyway to put together my shopping list to get the best offers and to decide what I need. But I am not prepared to spend the money on the delivery.
I guess it is convenience vs. money.
Do you order your food online and get it delivered?

I have never bought my groceries on line and had them delivered but it is something that I am considering in the new year. I have visited several places on line and think that the convenience would be awesome! For those who live where they have to go up several flights of steps I can see how it would be awesome to have groceries delivered. I think it would be splendid for elderly persons too! Whether I do it or not will be decided by how much the shipping costs adds to the price of the groceries.

I really would like the convenience. If you live up several floors I bet the delivery guys would hate you, but you are absolutely right. It might be worth it for the comfort. I just can't see how the convenience will outpay the relatively high delivery costs, but maybe they reduce the costs one day.

We have our groceries delivered to our house by the super market. If we buy the groceries for more than a certain amount, they have it door delivered for free.So I do not order our food online. Usually both me and my wife, make a list in the first week, and go to the super market and do the purchases. If we find any special offer is going on, we just buy it for two months. For example, we might buy 10 soaps instead of 5 if there is a special offer on it, or if a freebie is offered. Of course we have to stand in the queue to pay for the groceries.

That's good if delivery is free over a certain volume. I always would have to pay and then I prefer queuing!

I get my shopping delivered to my home every week! I love it. When I go out shopping I end up with a trolley full of rubbish and less money, doing it online ensures I only spend what I have too and I do not have the mither of carrying it home. I think if I could drive then I would probably go and do it in the shops. It can be a bit expensive to get it delivered, especially around Christmas but a lot of the time they put special offers on delivery and so it evens the cost out throughout the year.

True, being in the shop it is easier to give into temptation. And it certainly is more convenient.
