Don't Drink and Drive

I am so glad to see you plead to folks not to drink and drive. While my husband and I enjoy a drink now and then we feel very strongly about not drinking and driving. We are not naive enough to believe that our two college-aged children do not drink at college. We have asked them only two things: do not drink and drive or get in a car with someone who has been drinking and no when to stop drinking! Being a nurse I have see far too many people who are maimed for life or who die as a result of drinking and driving. It is tragic and so preventable. Such useless deaths.

Nope cant say that I have heard of any one I know. I stopped driving to bars years ago I do my drinking at home!

Hubby and I are both legally blind, so we shouldn't drive, even if we're sober. LOL We drink what we want, and then take a taxi home. There is one friend that we visit often in the other end of the city, and he has an extensive bar in his home. He picks us up before the visit, and then we take a cab home after, so we can all drink with no worries.

It is very danguous, if you drink more you'd better not drive car by yourself. It is dangerous only for other people also for yourself. When we go out to drink i tell my friends do not drive car.
