My breasfast is usually a cup of coffee with milk by my computer. So that does not really count. I have a brunch or a lunch much later. My body is used to that and I have no problems with it.

Depends on what your schedule is. Personally I eat at about 7:30 AM to around 8:00 AM. If you have to get out the door earlier for the day, it would obviously be a little earlier. I would say at the most no later than about 8:30 or so. That seems to be the ideal time for breakfast as far as I'm concerned.

The maximum benefit from what you eat will take effect between the hours of 7 and 8 am in terms of breakfast. And always as a little advice, it's best to have a small piece of chocolate at breakfast to eat, to feel energized.

You're supposed to eat breakfast within an hour of waking up, that way you get the best benefits from what you eat, and it will set your metabolism for the day. My mom has always followed this rule with me - especially when I was younger, because when my metabolism was good I could focus better to learn in school. If you wake up at 8:00 a.m., you should eat by 9:00 a.m. That's what my mother taught me.
