How long do you sleep daily? When the tablets i take get to me then i can sleep up to an amazing 16 hours. I try to avoid that though. My tablets normally puts me to sleep for 10 - 12, but i dont like sleeping as it seems to just waste best part of the day. How many average hours per night do you get

About six to ten hours depending on the night. I used to sleep much longer when I was younger. Now if I wake up after a certain time, let's say about five or so in the morning, I'm up until I'm ready to go to bed the next time. Years ago, I could sleep much longer. I guess its just one of those things that change with age.

I try to get at least 6 hours a sleep per day at the max. Just getting six hours a day will get me through the day so thats the minimum amount of sleep I try to get its hard lasting on only 3 to 4 hours a sleep per day depending on how long the day is so 6 hours is the perfect amount of hours even though a lot of people will think 8 hours is the perfect hours a day to sleep.

Around four up to nine hours, and sometimes I don't sleep because something I must to do.

I am kind of a night-owl; I like to go to bed after midnight or 1 AM. I usually wake up around between 9 and 11 in the morning, so I get about 9 hours of sleep every night. I've never taken sleep tablts or anything to help me sleep- the side affect those medications hae can be pretty scary.
