According to one survey of America,the beauty of the appearance has close relationship with personal payment,esp.Thr pretty persons will have more chance to get the higher salary than those common persons.The ugly person will get salary 9% lower than average and the pretty will get 5% more.The analysis report on salary and appearance reveals that the tall and slim persons will get more benefits from salary.How much will beauty matter?

Hello! Really! I don't think has a difference in salary may be in positions. But if i am the manager or the owner of the company, for me personal appearance mattered most especially in the position in receiving or in a front desk. Beautiful in appearance has more advantage for employment than the ugly people. For it's so nice that you have all beautiful staff to handle your company. Anyway you can train your staff as to their job related. By this time positions were differ on what you are, so salary then will follow. Yes it is true that beauty really matter.
