Clicksvista and Quidscorner lower their Paid - per - click

Have you noticed lately, on clicksvista and quidscorner, both paid to click websites, their advertising was paid 5 cents per click, now lower to 3 cents per click. What are the reasons? Probably too many members sign up, and it has to lower the payment in order to keep up the large member base? Or the advertisers no longer pay that much as before? What is your analyze on this?
