how do i loss my weight?

I gained 10 kg in the past 3 months.my stomach is out,and it looks bad.i jogg an hour daily,have avoided taking oil foods.still not able to loose.its really embarrasing for me. even my girl friend has pointed it out. please advice?

It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.

walking especially morning walk is the best option available as it really worked for me too. Walking is the best remedy and the lively way to loose weight effectively.

I have always had a weight problem, yo-yoing constantly which is bad on so many levels. I can tell you what I have noticed that affects me is when I have a erratic meal pattern (ie skipping meals) I tend to balloon out even when I am eating healthy foods, try and figure out if something changed dramatically and what so you can try and figure out why and when your body shape changed. Now if that doesn't work and as long as it is medically sound, try a abdomen exercises. I have been doing some that are oldies, a friend gave me a tape that is a few years old by Jaime Brenkus called 8 min abs to try out, it is available on Dvd and online it worked for me but there are others. I reduced 3kgs in the past month alone. Problem is the festive season should ruin all the work I've done. Hope whatever you do works out for you.

i think that you should drink 8 cups of water,it is necessary for your health,the second,you should eat more fruits and vegetables,i think that it would easy digest your food everyday,next you should control the meal and eat more fish and egg,this can add nutrition and keep your energy.the last,you should do some exercises,for example the runing,swimming,playing tennis,i think that sports would be useful for you to loss weight.

Exercise is the best thing to do, no matter what kind of work you do, or what kind of diet you take. Some people may advise you to take less food, go on stringent diet, but they researches have proved, empty stomach will lead to more fat accumulation, which inturn will increase your weight. So the best thing according to me is exercise, and tone up your body.
