Ever since my child came along and I care for her regularly I have had to go for neck and shoulder massages quite often. around once a month. Every time I go, the masseuse says that my muscles are tight and strained. I suppose it's because I have to carry her and she doesn't get lighter as the days go by! My neck has been hurting for almost a week. I finally made time to go for a 20 min massage during lunch time today. I felt like I had a new neck after the massage! it was good! It's the traditional chinese style of Tui Na. but now, a few hours later, it seems to be aching again. wonder whether these recurrent aches and pains are here to stay... sigh. Do you go for neck and shoulder massages regularly?

Nope. The only kinda paid massages I go to are foot massages when I go travelling in Thailand! Most of the time, when I need a neck and shoulder rub, I would tug at my wife's sleeves and she would give me a good rub after my hot shower!

NOpe.. So far, i have not gone for any massages.. haha =D BUt my mom do go often though, due to her old age.. She tends to get aches or stiffness here and there.. hehe ^_^ I guess that's normal, for u are carrying her all the time, and when she gets slightly older, u can get her to massage u instead.. lol =D Just like what i did to my mom while i was a kid.. Stepping on her back, walking up and down.. hehe ^_^

Nope once in a while I will have hubby rub my shoulders and lower back. But usually it's a 2 min deal and a bath does me better. I have never been to a real massage place.
