2010 predictions

It's less then 2 weeks before New Years Day, and there are 2 things many people do for the upcoming year. I am asking for your input on one of them, predictions.
I have a couple of predictions.
First is a wish as much as a prediction, With Roy Halladay, the Phillies are going to get back into the World Series and beat the hated NY Yankees.
The second is that some of the programs and actions that Barack Obama puts into motion will prove to be good ideas, and the conservatives and Republicans will redouble efforts to try to discredit him.
So what are your predictions for the upcoming New Year?

My predictions well I never put to much into them any more but I would say that my dreaded Saints football team finally advance beyond the 1st playoff game and make it to the Superbowl. My next one is that the so-called recession is over in 2010 that jobs will be back in style again, and that I will win the texas lottery in 2010...
