i would like to be.... more active in my exercises as i have been very sedentary after work. surely, i walk a lot at work. specially, i work 12 hours a day and almost 10 hours of it is all walking. i wish to have at least 3 good jogs a week next year. i will want to keep this promise at least for the first 3 months. this will give me good allowance of time to adjust. i wouldn't want to exhaust myself any longer if i have been into a lot of physical pressures at work. indeed, to have some new goals for the new year will give us the push to be more productive. what would you like to do for yourself next year?

This is a great time to start! Early! I made a list also..and the number one is staying active. I have already started walking 30 minutes a day. I also want to eat better-I love sweets way too much. And lastly, I don't really have any good friends left, I think I need to join something creative and let it flow. I think that's about it, I've done most of the things that would've been on it..I tend to make these lists all year long and see what I can get done.

hello rachelleNH. you inspire me so much. you remind me that early doer defeats a persistent one. i mean, if one can start early, why later? you are actually correct. i think i have to start convincing myself to start earlier and not to wait for next year. thanks and a lot of blessings to you and your family.

:-) I'm glad! Others had inspired me also a few years ago when I started this..I actually lost 20 lbs...graduated college and got my finances in order after a bad divorce. It's a good habit to start and keep all year long ;)

Getting in shape is one of my many goals for 2010 too! I also want to get more involved with volunteering (possibly volunteer at a soup kitchen), to read more, and to be "on the right track" as far as my life goes. More financially stable is also a goal I have. Wish me luck! And good luck to you with your resolution!

My new year resolution is to have a better standard of living. I want to buy a new house because it's frustrating not to have one lol. My baby will be born in January so I hope i will be a good mother for her. Oh I also want to write more articles so my online earning can be raised . Hope I can make all of them to come true.
