It has been a long standing tradition to have family dinner on Christmas eve. Christmas eve was with my dad's parents and then Christmas day was with my moms. My dad's parents have both passed but we still keep the tradition going. We alternate between my parents and my uncle's. One year it is at my uncle's house and then the next year it is at my house because my parents house is too small for all of us. So Christmas eve is a big family dinner at my house this year.

I think i can't stay at home or having fun together with my family or friends on this christmas because i have to working. My job as on an oil and gas company has no public holiday unless at the holiday date we are on our break time which mine is one week after working for two weeks. And today is my first break time at the end of this year which will be ended on next monday, so when the christmas come i'm not on my break time. But i think i and my other co-workers can enjoying christmas eve in our office with our own small celebration such as saying merry christmas to each others. But i don't really thing if such thing will be occur because we also have many things to do as an energy company. However, alone or crowded on this christmas eve, i think the most important thing is we can understand the essence of the christmas eve. Actually there's a lot of things we can do even though alone. Perhaps you can watching TV, because usually on such eve many TV stations have interesting programs. Good luck for you and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

usually I stay with my family during this time, especially this time, I will have to stay home because i will have my tooth pulled out before that... so I'd better have a rest. Going out for Christmas also involves spending lots of money. So, I would stay home anyway.

Well the sad thing is I would be working on christmas eve, however I would be able to enjoy some lunch with my family before I go to work. We also have another gathering during christmas. however again I need to leave early because of work.

Christmas Eve my husband and I will be at his cousin's house. After we get home we will have hot chocolate and watch Christmas movies. On Christmas Day we will be home by ourselves and will open presents. I will be making a ham for dinner and a chocolate peanut butter pie for dessert. I will be making ginger bread cookies later on this week as well as my snow ball fudge candies. I already made sugar cookies.

My ex has my oldest boys until Christmas Day...so I have no plans for Christmas Eve. My boyfriend is also working that day, so it will just be me and the baby. I do have plans for Christmas Day tho :)
