When you blame someone for something and you call them out...

...do you guys use 'he' or 'she' more often? I've noticed that, for myself and a lot of people around me, we tend to use 'he' more often when we blame certain things that happen. For example, I remember one time while I was driving, I suddenly got cut off by another driver and I automatically assumed that it was a guy doing that so I was like, "I can't believe he cut me off!" After I said that, I noticed that I didn't even know the real gender of the driver and yet I assumed that it was a guy. Have you guys ever noticed anything like that? Have you noticed other people or yourself assuming the other person's gender in tense, angry situations like that? Do you assume like that?
