Hi, ]
Cold Coffee is very common in most of the United States, it was very popular in Rhode Island where I come from but here in California it doesn't seem to be as popular. It's the same as hot coffee only it's cold and you can either drink it black or with cream and sugar as you would hot coffee. I especially love Iced Coffee in the Summer, now it's cold coffee with ice to make it colder and than I add cream and sugar, you can also get flavored such as Blueberry, Coconut, French Vanilla and more at Dunkin Donuts which is my favorite coffee place and I know at Honey Dew they had those same flavors. It's basically a doughnut that also serves coffee and other beverages and food, it's very cool.
I prefer hot coffee in the colder weather and when I wake up in the morning but I definitely miss my Iced Coffee since it's not as popular here in California and they don't have Dunkin Donuts, they only sell it in the bag in the grocery store. You either love cold coffee or you don't, it's just one of those things.

How is cold coffee different to iced coffee? I love iced coffee but in the UK I can only find it in the summer in those very expensive fancy coffee shops that I cannot afford to go in to. I did have some iced coffee whilst I was in Cyprus in May and it was lovely. The weather was really hot and it was so refreshing. It was expensive so I made it last me a very, very long time.
Have you ever made your own iced coffee? I'm not really sure how to make it so have avoiding trying to do so.

Hi,
I suppose the only difference between cold coffee and iced coffee would be the ice, which would make it colder. I have made my own but I drink it with ice, cream and sugar. All you have to do is make a pot of coffee, I usually let it cool for a few minutes so it's not super hot and than I put it in a pitcher in the fridge until it's cold. When I want some, I fill up a glass with some ice, pour the coffee in and than add my sugar and cream, stir it up and it's good to go.

The only cold coffee that I know about is Cappuccino. And a Latte. Cold coffee to me is coffee that has been sitting for a while that was hot and has turned cold. I don't know about any other kind of coffee that would be cold. If it is, I want to hear more about it.

Instead of warm milk, cold milk is added to coffee. And sometimes, ice cubes are also added. There are a variety of coffee nowadays, which are cold, especially with different chocolate flavors.
I have had this cold coffee once in a french coffee shop. Or else, I would also be a newbie like you.
