How much time you update your stats on facebook?

for my case., very seldome, i go online on facebook everysingle day but only to check the status of my friends and family and play some games but not to update my own status unless i feel the need to do so. But i have friend who update theirs stats more than 4 to 5 times a day depending on where they are, what they want, how they feel, or sometimes for just about anything.
