The best way to proclaim your love to someone is always going to be in person. In person makes it more personal and it shows you have the confidence to be with them to show them that you care. I am not saying letters and phone don't work. I am saying that the BEST way is to be face-to-face with your love. And...it also makes it more romantic. =] It doesnt matter if it is flowers or a song. THat part is up to you. Just make sure it comes from the HEART.

I don't really know which way would be the best way, but how I confessed my feelings for a guy I had a huge crush on was through instant messaging. It was one of the most heart-pounding moments for me because I had never confessed my feelings before to anyone. I think ideally, I still wouldn't confess in person unless I was really close to him. I would stick with either a letter, an email or instant messaging, just some way that doesn't involve me seeing him face to face.

just be caring with, that is the best and easiest way to show your love to others. :P
