What do you do when you are hungry but very sleepy and tired at the safe time?

Have you experienced being so very tired and sleepy wherein you can't almost open your eyes, but the thing is you are also hungry? Which do you prefer to do first, sleep or eat?

I often feel hungry before i get up. However the sleeping mind is always around me so i have to sleep more. My friend often say why not you eat then go back sleep. If i get up i can not sleep again. It is a problem.

When this happens to me, Im usually more sleepy than hungry, so I pick sleep. Plus, if you fall asleep, you do not feel hungry but if you stay up to eat, you're eating while you're really sleepy. There were times when I put my head down on the table while eating breakfast and I fell asleep, so for me it's definetly sleep.

I first eat something to stop my hunger as I cannot sleep peacefully when I am hungry although very tired. sleeping with a hungry stomach makes you feel more tired.
