Drinking lemon water ro lose weight ?

Do you think that drinking lemon water daily can lead to lose weight on daily basis ..i tried so many time and it also works for me as well....please try at home and tell me about your experience as well

It helps in reducing weight... i myself have tried it but i used to drink it around 1 hour after breakfast rather than drinking it early in the morning. But the Water needs to be warm not cold.

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.

I've tried drinking lemon water,I didn't lose weight ,but I spent most of my time in the bathroom.It made me go more often than usual.

It can be of assistance, yes. Water is a good dieretic, and can help you eat less, since a lot of times you feel hungry it's actually thirst. The lemon helps because citrus has similar dietretic effects and is a source of vitamin C which also helps. But unless you are trading soda, or other heavily sugared and high calorie drinks for lemon water (or water in general), you really won't be losing a lot of weight due to the change. No matter how much people would like it to be otherwise, exercise is an essential part of losing weight.
