I have had Netflix for several months now and I really like it. We don't have cable and for about $10.00 a month it is well worth it. We can see any movie we want plus TV shows even if they aren't on any more. The best part is not having to spend several hours at the video store waiting for my grandson to decide what he wants to rent and no late fees. two movies a week is more than enough for the most part.

You can now buy a machine (or use your computer and hook it up to your TV) to watch Netflix instantly. We have it for my five year old, and he will sit there for hours and watch cartoons on there. It is the best thing we ever did.

Over the summer, Hollywood Video changed their "unlimited" rental program. Suddenly without warning members would still pay the same price monthly but rentals were reduced by one. I paid something like $16 a month to be able to rent three at a time and then one day I went in with that intention and was told that instead of three I could only have two but I could have them as long as I wanted.
So I looked into Netflix. For roughly the same price each month, I get three out at a time, can keep them as long as I want, and don't have to drive 20 minutes to get to the only Hollywood Video store in town. So, so far, I'm pleased with it. I share the account with my mom and she likes it enough to have given her friend a gift subscription for Christmas.

I really like it alot, although my five year old got a hold of our account, and the only thing we got was Scooby Doo for about two months. I really do like the instant view on it, I watch more movies that way then by mail.

I don't have netflix right now but I used to. I really liked it too. We stopped getting it though because money got tight and we were too busy to watch them. We were paying for 3 movies at a time but only watching one or two a month so it didn't make sense to pay so much. I've thought about getting it again to get caught up on a bunch of movies I want to watch, but I think I would run into the same thing of not having enough time to watch.

I know what you mean, I usually don't have time to watch anything lately. We have about 300 cable channels and have probably watched 20 hours the last two weeks. It is sad when you have 300 channels and nothing is on.

I used to have netflix and I really loved it, I loved being able to get a couple movies at a time, and the watch online feature was really great too. They were never out of stock on any movie, and you could find obscure movies that would never be at blockbuster, man now I miss Netflix

I prefer redbox actually. I don't want to wait for a movie, Im an impatient sort, lol. Redboc is litteraly everywhere and you cant beat a buck for a movie for one night. I like that I can resrve online, see whats there before hand and then just go to the nearest one (about a 10 minute walk/two minute drive) and get it. Pretty convenient. I dont watch a lot of movies, Im pretty fussy too, but I supose for someone who watches them a lot netflx might be a good thing.

X, Netflix now has instant movies on-line so you can watch movies with in seconds. Not that I want to stop you from getting your exercise, but it is pretty cool.

Netflix is good if you have time to watch the movies. I belonged to it for two years. I put a hold on my account but will probably cancel because I can rent a movie for $1.66 with Redbox at my convenience which is better for me then having 10 dollars charged to my charge card every month.

I can understand that. If I didn't have a family it probably wouldn't be that great of a deal either. I do really like their website though, and I really like the instant view as well.

Netflix has never seemed like a good deal to me. You have a monthly fee of like 9 dollars or something, so you have to watch several movies a month to make it worth it and I just don't have that kind of time. To me the no late fee is just a gimmick to draw you in. If you watch at least four movies a month it might be worth it, but that is not what I would do.

The one really cool thing about it is if you have high speed internet you can download movies right from the website, and view them in seconds. You can either watch them on your computer, or you can hook your computer up to your TV. If you have an XBOX 360 or PS3 you can watch them on there. It really has been great with our son who will sit down and watch cartoons on netflix all day long.
