HI,everyone,
How many hours you work every day in office?
For me, I work almost 6 to 7 hours every day sitting in front of computors and typing or making calls.
For the first 2 or 3 years, I really enjoy this. But now i feel a little sick of working like this. Besides it does harm to my health sitting there so long time each day.
So what about you? How many hours you stay in office every day?

Well, I work at least 8 hours every day in the office. As my job is doing programming, it's all time sitting in front of the computer, typing the codes. 8 hours is only the minimal office working hours per day, most of the time we work more than the required hours in order to complete our projects on time.
I'm fine with sitting in front of the computer in the office, just that it's advisable to take a walk, or let the eye rest for a few minutes in every hour.

Yes, i have the same feeling as you do.
My eyes are easy to get tired. so protect your eyes and it is important.

I love my job because i hold all the cards! I am a bsl interperter and there arnt very many of us in the uk so im in very high demand 24/7, So basically i can earn as many hours as i like or as little because even in i only did a couple of hours a day id still make enough for a monthly income.
If i want something then ill work 40-60 hours a week at the post of my chooseing that means im earnig that extra money for that luxury item i want!
But if i work alot and decide i want to spend some time with my family im can quite easily choose to take a week or two off. Like i said'' I love my job lol''

Hi vikkiz,
I love your job too LOL, how flexible it is, I like that , I am a man. My job is as a buyer, to purchase various of chemical goods from my country to abroad, maily I sit in front of the computer, tying and calling. My working hours is from 9am--6pm inclusive of 1 hour break for lunch. and it will from Mon to Friday.
I like this life at first, Honestly, but when you work like this for a relatively long time, I am a little sick about this, I always think as a strong man, you should go allover the world, to meet more people, to open your eyes, learn some more.
But I have to keep this job as of now, I need it to survive, just like this.

Hi there,
For me, it's hard to say that number. But it's sure that I sit in front of computer for more than 10 hours per day. I'm a software engineer and my work is programming. So I have to sit in front of computer during the working hours.

I work for six to seven hours a day because I allot the extra one hour for meal time and going out of the office. It's unhealthy to be cooped up in the office all day long so I allow myself to go out after meal and walk around the city with my friends from work. Whenever possible, I try to stretch and get up from my seat.

I work in the office for 8 hours every day,6 days once a week.My job is that making documents for exporting.Every day sitting front of computer,I found I communicat less and less.Less friends in reality. Only when send goods out of factory ,I talk with worker and tell them how to do ,at that time ,i was happy .Have been worked for more than two years,my eyesight is dropping slowly.I try to look at trees and walk out for a minute,Hope this way can ease exhuasted.

I work anywhere from 8 to 10 hrs each day. Sometimes I do a 12 hour day if we have a lot to get done. Currently, we are very busy so long days are the norm. Then I come home and usually work from home in the evening.

I am working as a network Admin in a software firm and my working hjouirs in from 8Am to 5Pm.

In india we used to work for 8 hours per day but in my office the working hours 9 hrs including 1 hrs break as well
