As we know, Sir Alex Ferguson is old enough.. Soon or later will leave Manchester United. Who is the right man to replace him?

ya ................. in 3-4 years sir Alex Ferguson will retire from MU.................. and until yesterday i belived Morinho will replace him........... bt yesterday he made it clear that he will not come to EPL again............ and certainly not Aersen Wenger.............. he like sir Alex......... is a committed to Arsenal............. so its really tough to predict the next Fergie of MU............ bt the one who replaces sir Alex will have to as passionate as sir Alex...................

Fergie is great manager, it's hard to find his replacement. Two names pop up on head are; Arsene Wenger & Martin O'neill. Arsene Wenger is a brilliant manager, with very tight budget from aresenal he can make arsenal become a great team, no wonder people call him The Proffesor but i think Arsenal won't let him to go to their competitor like MU. Fergie had mention about Martin O'neill years ago, he's a great manager. Look at aston villa on the english premiere table, with no stars and expensive player they can suit their position among the big four, they even have a better position than liverpool. I think those two names are qualified to replace fergie as MU manager. we'll see...

Well, this has been a question on everyone's mind ever since some newspaper dailies started speculating his retirement from football management. I, for one, am really worried about his successor. Once, he leaves, the patience of the fans will probably be tested to the limit until the club finds a suitable candidate who can settle down with the job and handle pressure at the top level. I have a suggestion though which is a little different from the rest. I'd really like to see Guus Hiddink take up the job at Old Trafford cause he has experience at club level as well after leading Chelsea to FA Cup glory last season while we all know what happened at the 92nd minute of the CL semi-final. He's a good man manager as well as he brought the best out of Florent Malouda who kept warming the bench under Scholari. As far as managers like Hughes or Bruce are concerned, I'm a little skeptical as they lack experience at the continental level. I understand that Pep Guardiola was inexperienced too but he had a squad of extremely talented and quality players who also seemed highly motivated. Coming to Jose Mourinho, I wouldn't mind seeing him here as he's a proven entity but only if he didn't apply his philosphy to United which score a goal and shut shop. Hoping for the best and my best wishes to whoever takes thereigns though I'd love to SAF go on forever.

First we must know how many notable free managers in the list after Alex retires. Hard to say who can replace Ferguson's place and ManUtd may spend a time of acute pains. Bruce and M Hughs may fit for that job coz they once weared the Red jersyes
