What Internet Ads do you Find Most Annoying?

While I find a good deal of Internet ads to be annoying, some really bother me. For example, the ad that shakes and reads something like, "Congratulations. You're Our 1,000,000 visitor." That's bad enough, but now in some cases they have added sound, saying "Congratulations! You've won!"
And I really do not like the talking ads. You can busy else where on the computer and then a voice startles you.
Then there are those insurance ads, always using the President whoever he saying like such and such president backs insurance regulation.
What are some that really bug you?

The one that talk. They are so annoying that you just hear them even with speakers off.

All of them annoy me, I can do without everyone of them, I don't even pay attention to them, it would be a waste of my time!

The really flashy ones that could give someone a seizure by looking at it. Honestly, I know it gets attention, but it's the wrong kind of attention they want.
