Promises, how do you keep it to yourself?

Another year, another promises on our new years resolution. Promises that sometimes never keep and will be the same promise in the next years resolution. Yeah, there are promises we keep to ourselves but never keep them. Its better than tossing the coin.
How about you, do you keep promises to yourself and really mean about it? Or you have the same promises year after year?

Hi Fulltank,I don't have any new years resolution ever since,and never promised of things not to do because i am a human and not perfect.I'm afraid i can't achieve what i've promised.So i just try my best , to do whats good and right not only as new years resolution but for the rest of my life.Good luck,Happy new year!

For all of us, I guess It is easy to say the words for promises but, hard to fulfill every promise.
In me, some of my promises are for meant but some are not. They are promises that can change your life after fulfilling it .
Some promises has no effect in your life after fulfilling.
If the promises are tasked on material things, then it is easy to attain as long you have planned for it,
but, promises that may tend someone's heart when you are not able to fulfill, these can change or give a down side about you.
For me, I believe that there is no perfect person in this world. Everybody commits mistakes.
And it will not make you a less person if you know how to apologize if you cannot fulfill a promise that never said sorry at all. Then, you can be understand and given consideration.
It is matter of humbleness and off pride, taking efforts to meet your promises. As long you did the best on your part. Then that is how you can say that, you can keep a promise.
