Hi, I have seen so many people doing sins in so many different ways but still they have a happy life.....act as though they are good as though they have never committed any sin or mistake. They pray to god,go to temples give offerings in lakhs of rupees, for example we have the politicians. Then we have other set of people behave as though they dont anything in life but at the same they know everything. The fact is that others get cheated........ So who is Cheating whom?Is it the god or your own self? Regards

At the end of the day it is your conscience which rules the day. Cheating or not cheating is a perspective that people have. What amounts to cheating for your might not be cheating for someone else? For e.g. a businessman tells you something is worth Rs. 100 when it is only worth Rs. 50, so that he can make a profit of Rs. 50. Is that not cheating? But to the businessman it is only business. Companies layoff of costly resources and replace them with less costlier resources or freshers. Is the company not cheating on people who have given their effort to the company? But then companies feel that they are optimizing costs!! So the answer to your question is not straight forward. It is more the actual debate on what is right and what is wrong and I think as long as human race remains there will be multiple perspectives to that and most probably none of them might be the right perspective. Cheers! Ram

To make a profit in business is possible with out things like interest and obscure legal jargon. It just isn't as profitable as using those things. Debating the degree of rightness or wrongness of a thing should, to my reconing seem to be a clue that the debated topic is not quite right, or maybe not all the way wrong. And being neither quite right, or not totally wrong means definitely that it isn't righteous. Making money is only important because of the unnatural societal parameters that we have assigned ourselves. The reality is if all of the infrastructre in the country collapsed or was destroyed, all of the commerce would stop. Companies would fail and there would be NO money. Then what would you do? Exactly what you should be doing. Trying to sustain life from the land. Just like every other organism on the planet. Those that had no survival skills would die, and a few would survive and build a new culture. Profiting through modern business practices is not an evolutionary hard wired behavior in the human animal. It is a learned behavior. Like teaching a dog to sit on command. IF that dog had a puppy you would still have to teach the puppy to sit on command. That is why businesses get away with those things, not enough people understand, because they haven't been taught.

I believe we are cheating ourselves by committing sin. I believe in Karma and so every sin of mine is going to come back to haunt me or my progeny in some way or the other…there’s no escaping really. So today if some politician or powerful person is committing a sin, it might look that the person is unaffected by it but be sure that one day, he or she will have to repay it either directly or thru somebody very close and dear.

I definitely beleive in Karma as well. I think that all of the religions hold puzzle peices that draw out like a map how the world works, who made it, and what we are supposed to be doing here.

You answered it yourself. You are cheating none other than your own Self. All of us are part and parcel of the Supreme, and that Supreme Consciousness is right within us. Whenever we turn away from our conscience and act against it's command, we commit a sin. But sin is not something to be punished or to be looked down upon, but rather to be treated with compassion and understanding, they should be given enough chances to reform. But why shall we look at other people's sins, when we have enough within us to take care of? Right? It was and still is very easy for me to point my finger at others and say, they are cheating everybody, but they have all the money and wealth and luxury in the world. But once, I had a chance to look into their personal lives, and none of them was happy... They all had their own troubles, worries and confusions. These politicians are also not happy as we think. They may enjoy power, but they live in a world of fear all the time, that somebody might kill them any moment or somebody might kill their family etc... That's because they are involved in such activities themselves to stay in power... They will suffer for it sometime sooner or later. We have seen already so many assassinated in the past. That's nothing but Law of Karma catching up with you. So we better not look at other's sins, because we will attract some part of their karma on us by attracting their negative energies.

Matthew 7:13-14 (New International Version) 13"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. ___________________________________ We must remember that God sees all and we can't hide anything from him. He not only knows what we do but also why we do it. He can read our motives and intentions. He hates hypocrisy. So, no one is getting away with anything. We will have to render an account for all we do. We cannot cheat God, we can only cheat ourselves. Peace!

The God is place return of all that is in this world and God created human with all its shortcomings. Weak of human is weak in the heart, deeds and words. So, You must realize and understand that we can never escape the mistakes and every human always has error.
