Who are best friends? Man or Woman?

If you can choice a friend, you will choice a man or a woman?
Who are more honest, understanding, faithful, why not more nice?
Do you trust in a woman friend if you are man?
Do you trust in man as a friend if you are woman?
I am woman, but in my life i had a lot of man as friends, i don t know why, but for me was very easy to have a man as friend, maybe because of my father, when i were kid, i were in closer parent-kid relation with my father as i were with my mother.
What you like more, to have a woman as friend, or a man as friend?

I think men are better than women in this case. its becoz they are not selfish or stubborn while women are. Women have many negetives but men are more innocent as compared to ladies.

Really? haha thats the first! =]To me women not selfish and stubborn..while men are. ahaha But I like men as friends simply because I am a guy and I can relate more to them. haahah

Nice question! We had this topic in debate before in our youth group. We'll both side had strong point. Based on my experience, I had a "BEST" Friend before, both man and woman. And as of now, I would rather not to have ONE. Very traumatic experience, I will not go into details. Man or Woman has different nature, we know that... so there's no good to compare it. It's up to us to make a choice and how do we build friendship.
I still have friends now, more girls than boys.

I think if I could choose, I would choose a girl as a best friend because seeing as how I am a girl too, we would have a lot in common and we'd be able to talk on a much deeper level than if I tried to tell a guy everything. I mean, I can be friends with a guy but it's not really the same when it comes to confiding everything in a friend. I'd much prefer a girl to talk to about everything that's going on in my life, but it depends too because some guys are more understanding than some girls so I suppose it really depends on the individual. I'm not really sure whether I'd naturally trust a guy or girl first. I guess it depends on the person that you're talking about because everyone is different. I mean, I think I'd feel a closeness or a bond with a girl first because we're both girls and I already can relate to them on so many levels, but I can trust guys too, but I'd probably have to get to know them well first before I can feel that closeness or bond with them. For me, I have a lot more friends that are girls than guys, but I have guys as friends too. I think as a best friend, I probably would prefer a girl, but I guess I don't really mind a guy as a best friend either.
