And yet still I don't seem to be putting any weight on... I honestly eat enough for two maybe even three people throughout the day, a pretty much sit at the computer all day, or play video games (My work at the moment is all internet based) and somehow I don't seem to be gaining any weight or getting fatter... To tell the truth, I'm actually getting more defined muscles, I used to work out quite a bit but have slacked off for a while. Now I've heard of high metabolism, but I really think theres got to be something more to it... Does anyone else have the same thing happening to them? I'm definetely not complaining but in the same breathe I'm worried that it could be something else like worms or something... So does anyone else have this issue of being able to eat 3 times a normal person without excersise and still keep the weight off???

Part of it is that you are in a position to eat continuously throughout the day. A lot of health experts say that instead of three large meals, we should be eating six small ones. But if you work outside the home, in just about any job, there isn't time to do that. Here in the states, anyway, we are required to get a ten minute break for every four hours of work, plus at least a half hour meal break. But ten minutes is not enough time to eat a small meal AND use the restroom, smoke if you do, use the telephone if necessary.... and a lot of workplaces frown on people eating at their work station. So our lives are not designed for eating six small meals a day. You are lucky, working from home, you can.

I feel jealous to you because I can easily gains weight right now that food is overflowing I'm going to gain weight again. Even if I exercise 4 times in a week my weight is still the same I'm not losing. If I'm going to be like that doing nothing all day maybe I'm going to be fatter and fatter. As a kid I'm fat and losing weight is my problem eversince. There's a time that I lose weight at the same time I'm gaining it back again. I have slow metabolism I wish I could be like you but sad to say I'm not.

Controlling it is hard, I was always the chubby kid at school. When was half way through high school I started working on a farm and lost alot of weight! Controlling your intake isn't as necessary as controlling your output. I may not work myself by this but I know it does work, Just make your output a little higher than your input and in theory you can eatas much as you want!!

Haha, If i could pass on the gift I would, even though I don't put on weight I still ge the sluggish feeling and laziness, so my body may not be getting bigger, but it still isnt improving... Good AND bad points to it i guess.
