Ok Ladies, When it comes to dating/relationships, How old is too old?

I have known a women who is significantly younger than me for about 6 months. She is single, never married, and conservative. At this point we have become good friends, and enjoy spending time together. We have a lot in common, and can talk about anything or nothing at all for hours at a time. We have been out together, (I took her to a Nickelback concert a couple months ago) and had a great time. We can make each other laugh, and all the signs are there. I like this girl a whole lot more than I have told her, but I'm pretty sure she knows it by my actions and how we relate to each other. However, she is 12 years younger than I am, and there is at times a definite generation gap there. So how old is too old, or is age really not that important anymore? P.S. I am not a cradle robber or anything, She is 24 and I am 36

I am so glad you put your ages here. I thought the worst at first. I think your age is just fine. She is an adult at this age. She also can understand which direction she wants to go. Plus it is said an older man is a better catch. good luck

Thanks for the response,
Funny, Ya know I almost didn't. It may have generated more discussion had I not, but I am a gentleman, and wouldn't seriously consider anyone much younger than she is. Actually at the moment she is the catch, only because I am currently going through some health issues that have forced me to file for disability. When I have a regular source of income again I plan to go back to school and finish my degree. Which will enable me to freelance and work from home. She is currently in school working on her bachelors degree, and working part time. I would like to persue this relationship, but need to stabilize myself first. Call me old fashioned, but having the means to do the things I would like to with spending time with someone is very important to me. Money is not everything, but being able to take a women out more than "Maybe" once a month, or even due the little things to show I care is something I require of myself. But, will see what happens.

I see nothing wrong with the ages, I mean like the person before me said you are both adults and I mean there is the gap, but really if you make each other laugh and communicate with each other well and there is the honest and trust then there is nothing wrong with the age difference.
