Help me I am addicting of Mylot

Hi freinds I have problem that I am adicting of Mylot actually when I use not to be on line in day shift even I use to think every time about Mylot that what discussion will be running? , what messages I will be getting ? what good discussion I will start today well due to this some time I dont pay attention to my routine work well have you faced or are you facing same problem???

hi dear this is really a strange addiction and first time ever i am hearing this from any my lot user that he is not able to concentrate on his work due to my lot worries. really this shows that you are dedicated to my lot and real hard worker and really getting things in positive manner but really find a solution to detach from this addiction otherwise it will cause you a lot in the near future so all the best and get rid from this addiction , have a nice day and a good life
