hi guys..i am amember in both utilbux and turquads.net ..but dont know exactly are they scam??anybody know please tell me about these two sites??am i wasting my time in these two sites??

If you ever doubt in your mind for even a second something is millious or a scam, you are probably right. However before joining anything read the info first. Be sure you know what you're getting into and what is expected of you. Be sure you understand the tearms, and if you cannot understand them ask a friend or even a lowyer to go over them with you so you have a clear understanding of what you're getting yourself into.
