Christmas without Internet & Landline?! Bah Humbug (:( )

Hello again Lotters,
First and foremost,I wanted you all Merry Christmas.. good news for me is that I was able to complete he entire duration ten day night mass, wow feels good for me. and i was able buy and make gifts for my my nephew and niece which is not so expensive.
Now, december 23rd was my eldest brothers birthday, i was about to use the chikka messenger again to at least greet him since i have no gift for him. then there goes the answer on the phone "calls from this number are restricted" AHHHHH
just a rant though but at least they're not going to submi any legal action
.
but i have done my part and was able to spend more time with god in the church more than am supposed to. i hope every ones having FUN.

A month before Christmas, really so boring days, why? we don't have internet. I just visit maybe twice internet cafe's nearby but all very slow, so much commercialized that made me so lazy to go back. My son can do internet at their office during break times, my daughter can do thru mobile my cell however can't be so am just the one suffering. When my son ask me what I want for christmas, he laughed when I said "just the internet". On the 24th he went out and settled with Smart and during the Christmas eve, hehehe, we've got the internet running. The best Christmas gift, ever...I was so busy then, preparing for the Noche Buena, that I was able to sit at the pc on the 26 as on the 25th, same busy entertaining relatives who came. Good I was sable to greet friends from other sites, thinking that it's still 25th at their end. I happened to visit mylot for few minutes on the 27th and just post a new discussion "Back for the Holidays". It's just now 28th, that I could stay longer at mylot as my son has on office, but two other daughters, waiting for their turns. So it's only now that, I could greet you, friend, a Merry Christmas and a very Happy Prosperous New Year...

Though, without it, I was able to do so many works. The laundry baskets are always empty, the house was orderly, a beautiful christmas tree for the first time was appreciated by guests and am quite fulfilled with the food I prepared. I was able to do shoppings and like you attended masses and our electric bill goes down by 900 pesos but life was so different...am sad without the internet. It's all differrent now, am alive and kicking, Hurray for the last days of 2009 and welcome to the much happier days of 2010. Happy New Year everyone...
