hi all i hope everyone is having a good day. i'm in a good mood cause my lunch turned out really well, we had home grown organic leg of lamb and roast veggies. thing is i think i had to much, and wanted to just sleep the arvo away. i still feel full a few hrs later and most likely won't have any tea. who else ended up having to much of something? all the best to everyone and be safe.

if you've heard of the organic products, you buy in the supermarket. well this just meat. my parents breed sheep, and they have an organic farm. so we send the sheep to a butcher. this one is actually a home kill we did a while back.(no it was not a pet orginaly we don't kill our pet lambs) i didn't have any other tea/dinner, cause i was still feeling to full. it's not hard to over indulge, cause of all the yummy food about. have a good time, drive safe and be careful over new year. thanks.

hi weasel^^;; sometimes i do, and my panda here as well, you can see how full and round she is, oh but i don't gain weight like her even if i eat well. i never indulge myself on other things but i do when it comes to food. i eat whenever i feel like eating and even if i'm not hungry i still eat. there are times with friends that we do food tripping from morning till afternoon. i mean, we will go shopping or strolling but then stop from restaurants to cafes whenever we are tired and eat and drink and eat... well, luckily we never have stomach ache

Believe it or not, I was able to find the willpower within me to control myself this year. It is actually a very different thing for me because in the past I would eat everything that looked good to me during the holidays, but this year, largely in part due to the fact that I lost a fair amount of weight this year, I've been able to control the way that I've eaten the food this holiday season. Yes, if there are things that I really like, I will eat a little bit of it, but I won't eat until I am miserable.

Food is really flowing since yesterday in our house. we have prepared a lot for Christmas and a lot of our neighbors even shared their food to us so there are really tons of food round here. What's weird during this time of the year is that I don't tend to eat a lot. I enjoy hving a lot of food but I dont usually eat them all at once lol. most of the time, I would just pick 2 or three type of foods at mealtime. Also, when there are a lot of people around the house, it's hard for me to eat when I want to so I end up eating when there's not mny people around..:D
