First thing to do is to consult a doctor. You have to start eating right. Low fat high fiber.I think whole grain calories don't count as full calories. Next exercise. You have to burn more calories than you intake or you will not lose weight.This is the time of year to lose weight because the single most burner of calories is to maintain body temperature. Got to be careful of hypothermia but a brisk morning jog will do wonders.Doing this exercising will get you fit which is what you want. Remember muscle weighs more than fat so it isn't all just about weight. Get slim, fit,healthy. It takes will but it can be done. Oh, one more thing. always exercise at the exact same time everyday. After a while your body will know it's coming and gear itself up to drop more pounds. Don't forget to get plenty of sleep. You can make it. I believe in you.

This self-formulated step by step procedure might help you. First you have to set goals, how much weight can I realistically cut in a month's time? Second, start now. It means now not tomorrow, not later but now. ASAP. Third, Motivate yourself.. with all the hard work and exercise you'll definitely need to motivate yourself everyday. Find inspiration even on the simplest things. Fourth, repeat the process. Tip -- do not starve yourself. Eat healthy.

if you want to quickiest way, the dmnies thing i can advise to you is surgery and liposuction, i bet you wouldn't, ayt? over and over again i seen a lot of people have this problem, there are only two keys that you need to know to reach your goal, strong 'DISCIPLINE' and 'DETERMINATION'...my eldest sister has the same problem, she has everthing diet pill, diet, exercise...but she's lacking of discipline to follow her regiment that i prescribe and lack of determanation, cause she give up easily for just almost a month....if you have this two, i bet you, you'll reach your goal...i'm on weight training for almost a month now and i'm gaining muscle and losing fat, i achieve that by having strong discipline and determination/motivation...

Do a lot of exercise daily and change your diet.You should be keen on both issues so as to get a good shape too after losing weight.For that you shall contact a doctor and have his good advice on the diet system and visit a gym to have some good exercises for weight loss.Don't lose heart.You can do it.But don't want things to happen like a magic.

The easiest way is to use the normal nature of humans. You have to understand the importance of each meals, which meals you should eat alot, which you shouldn't. The easiest thing to start losing weight is to have a small dinner which contains mostly milk, nuts, vegetables and some tasty fruits as you will hardly use any energy while you sleep. Just eat your main meals in breakfast and lunch and do exercise.
