Hello, Yalanda, try to live a healthy life. You will feel much better. Do you have any planning about your future? Get anohter job? Or do some business yourself? Or stay at home to be a housewife? Anyway, don't stay up too late and try to get up as early as possible, and do something you are interest in if you do not have to work. I think you do not have to relax yourself now, but find some hope... Best wishes to you.

may be you just need to balance out your daily activities or just try putting a schedule for your daily routine.include somethings you are really interested into(hobbies or leisure activities).some sort of fitness regime with proper diet and rest can help you relax in the way you want to. i hope this can help you get back to the rhythm.

Hi, Yalanda520, i have the same feeling, these days i needn't to work and i can sleep as more as i can, but in fact, i still tired, for i have so many dreams and today morning, i dreamed that i hurted by others and so much blood were out, but i have to sermonized him and i can't fall down. at that moment, i wake up and i have a headache where he hurted me. and i don't know which one is real. It's so feaufulness. I have to search the relative informations and the scientist said that the dream can't effect our sleep. they had a experiment and found this result, so i think we shouldn't to worried. Just do what you want to do, that's ok.
