What Is Your Favorite Christmas Carol?

Of all the Christmas Carols we hear at Christmastime, which one is your favorite? I like "O Holy Night". It's just a beautiful carol that I enjoy singing. Another favorite I like that's not a religous song but more of a holiday tune is "Sleigh Ride". As some of you know, I started a discussion a few days ago titled "Sleigh Ride". I mainly like this one because I like horses so much. I've never taken a sleigh ride and I always thought it would be so much fun to go on one sometime. This is such a brisk, happy tune.

This is a beautiful carol, isn't it? I should have started this discussion earlier in the season but for some reason, I never got around to it. I guess I was just so busy with the Messiah and wondering what I was going to say about it. I hope you have a Happy New Year. Kathy.

I love O holy night, and the little drummer boy , and oddly the Jingle bell rock. I have been sleigh riding as a teen in the snowy december snows of South Dakota so much fun and so cold.
I like Sleigh ride too, and also We three kings Of orient are.

These are all beautiful carols! I like Jingle Bell Rock, too. I can just see a horse in my mind picking up his feet to this one, lol
. Maybe someday I will get to go on a sleigh ride. We never get enough snow in Alabama to have one, though. In a way, I'm kind of glad because I can't stand cold weather. Kathy.
