how can i increase my ranking in trekpay??

hi guys..i have recently joined a site called trekpay....well i don't understand their strategy properly but i have read from their home page that more will be my ranking,more will be my earning...but how can i increase my ranking??i have seen my ranking and also my referrals ranking in my account there..will my referral ranking also effect my earning??again i have seen that instantly my earning does not increase after clicking on ads...anybody can tell me properly the exact strategy of trekpay and also how can i earn money there/???
