Ironically I just set up my web site for free but I didnt pay for a domain name using Webs.com.You can choose to go with free site and choose from hundreds of template but then they will allow you to get a domain and they offer good support too .You may even check out my website if you have the time http://find-a-business-partner.webs.com/,just to get an idea of what the site can do

there are many web hosting companies that will host your domain and also provide a basic web site builder system. I have a few if you want to pm me have requested a friend, tho ones that you don't have to pay for are usually not worth bothering with as you usually get a lot of spam or pop ups, good luck
