Favorite "holiday" drinks?

What are your favorite "holiday" mixed drinks? I've only tried a few, but so far I'm loving the peppermint schnapps & hot cocoa recipe (not sure what that drink is called), and the baileys and coffee drink (also not sure if there's a name for it. LOL.) Those are my top 2. What are your "holiday drinks"? Do you create anything special just for the holidays? Any recipes you care to share?
