how to make my own task on mylot?

I try to promote my program through task on mylot. But i don`t know the way, anybody can help me?

Here are the instruction FAQs regarding creating a task.
You will first have to fund your task funds from your Paypal.
Read carefully about the tasks that are not allowed because you risk losing your earnings if they are removed.
