i have cleaned out maybe every week. If you have a high speed connection, it's easy for your cache files to get clogged up. Do you run system cleaner or terminal to clean all your files? I do every so often. have a great day

Yes, I do this on a daily basis after every Internet session. I use the free utility ccleaner and it has very good reviews on cnet.com I guess it's important to do this in order to keep your computer system running smoothly. I also use the built in windows utilities like disk cleanup and disk defragmenter as well as Internet Options. There's a tendency to become lazy when doing this and I am certainly guilty of this in the past. However, you really do notice a different in terms of optimum performance. Andrew

I don't do it every day, but because I do use my computer alot, I try to clean at least 2 or 3 times a week.

I don't really clean them everyday. Once in a week or when the window's system prompts me to do so. And sometimes when I cleared the files, some of the websites interface goes haywire, showing only HTML standard output.

yeah, I always clean my junk files every time I use my computer, because the hardisk of my computer is not so big. I do this to speed up the performance of my computer.
