Do you leave stuff plugged in when you leave?

I always unplug my blow dryer when I'm done using it. I always am afraid to leave it plugged in that it will start a fire. But yet I leave things like the TV, computer, microwave, etc. plugged in all the time so what is the difference? Are certain electronics more fire hazard prone or am I safe to leave it in all the time?

Certain things are definitely more fire hazardous than ohers. Anything that can catch fire (hot stuff) gets unplugged. Microwave(even though it heats up), tv, major appliances all stay plugged.

I'm sure there are some that are more fire prone. However you just have to make sure you aren't using too much electricity per outlet (or using lots of extension cords). I usually unplug our electric heaters, but leave mostly everything else plugged in. I use mostly power cord strips. Cool!

Honestly, I don't unplug all the electronics devices at home. But my father would do the same. He would unplug the TV, the DVD player, and the home entertainment units. For me, it wasn't necessary. I just like the convenience of it, because I don't want to unplug and plug it back again. It just different from people to people.
