If you had to pick one thing...

in terms of beautification/plastic surgery, what would you pick? hair removal? botox? liposuction? scar/sun damage removal? or nothing at all? I've always been really self conicious, and at time obsessed with the way I look- what can I say? I'm part of a material, shallow generation and I'm well aware of it. ww

I used to always want my legs fixed. I got varicose veins at the age of 14 and have been told my legs are like a 70 year olds but when I was having my little boy I had a c Section and it went very very wrong and I had really bad infection and I wouldn't want to chance something like that again. Especially now that I have a child.

:o I'm sorry you had to go through that. It is very true that sometimes medical procedures can go wrong.

Nose job as i've always had a thing about this small bump in the bridge of my nose. Too scared to do it though.

That's a really hard question... I'd need a ton of money because I'd like hair removal for my legs. Wouldn't it be nice to never have to shave THOSE again. And probably some way to remove stretch marks. And maybe some fat removal... But, you know... I think I'm happy with my body the way it is. Surgery is just too... It freaks me out, you know?

I have thought about this for many years, and after careful examination of the facts I would have to say I wouln't get anything done to myself, what they don't show you, is all the complications that come along with it. The black and blues you get when the surgery is done, or the scars that are left behind afterward. Let's face it, everbody dislikes something about themselves, but those are the things that give us charater and make us who we are.

Honestly? I don't think I could ever have plastic surgery again. I had a 'corrective procedure' done on my nose several years ago. Every time I see in pictures that I no longer look like my mother, it makes me rather sad. We all complain every now and again, but in the end... I like me the way I am.

I'd have to pick the hair removal if it was permanent. I hate having to shave certain parts of my body and if I could be rid of these hairs permanently it'd be a dream come true! Unfortunately it's a costly procedure and one that I cannot afford, so a dream is all it can be, for now. Happy mylotting!

I can only pick one...LOL I guess then I only get to do one it would have to be liposuction. You know to get rid of the baby and old age fat that stays in mid section..LOL Good discussion. Keep smiling.

If I would be given a chance to choose... I won't. I am contented with what God gave me. =)
