Everything depends upon the way you think, I feel, it's all in your mind. These are just thoughts and can be diverted within minutes i.e, if you really want to.But if you like to still brood on those negative thoughts, then nothing can be done. One has to remember that these kind of negative thoughts are not going to lead you anywhere, infact they harm you, they hamper your progress, they divert your attention, they ruin your career, relationships, and atlast your life too.The sooner one realises this truth, better for them. I am not a negative thinker. But I used to be, in the past[sometimes] , later I realised that the only thing that's stopping me from achieving anything in life or in doing anything worthful are these negative thoughts. And no one, no piece of advice can help you until you don't help yourself. Try always to think positively even though there isn't anything positive around.Have faith in God, read lot of inspirational books, listen to the songs that you like, not the sad ones.Do, what you like doing most like shopping, messaging your friends or spending time with family members, share your thoughts h and your feelings with them, this would help you someway, I guess. And most importantly KEEP SMILING. Bye and take care.

There are a lot of traditional idioms about converting negative thinking into positive one, as every thing has two aspects, and always one aspect can convert into another one. Would you mind to have a fable about this: once a time, an old man named Sai he lost one horse, his neighbors comforted him and he said he didn't worry about it; a few days later, his horse came back with several more horses, his neighbors celebrated him but he appeared sad, he said there was some bad fortune coming; as expected his son had his leg broken while riding; this time his neighbors consoled Sai, but he regarded this was a fortune, at that time, government recruited solders and Sai's son was rejected as he was lamp, as you know all the solders were killed in batter field. This is a famous fable in China about fortune and bad fortune, you see they are converting each other.
