Copying & Pasting between PTP sites?

Do you ever copy and paste discussions that you start on MyLot to other PTP sites? I haven't in the past, but I was thinking about it, because I want to start similar discussions at a different PTP forum, but what's the point in re-writing it? It's not like it's a duplicate discussion or something, right?
Is this against the rules, do you think? Have you ever done this?

I've summarized on other sites but never copied and pasted. Not sure if it's against the rules but I don't want anyone thinking that I've plagiarized. Of course my username is the same on all sites I do, and if I do say the same thing in another PTP or nearly the same, I always tell the community that I started a similar discussion in another PTP.
Did that make sense? lol.
