As the discussion title says, where were the dinosaurs in the bible nor the ice age for that matter? How come they weren't mentioned in genesis, or exodus? Were they hiding from adam and eve? Did they drown from the flood? Maybe they did because for sure they wouldn't fit inside Noah's ark.

I think its because Dinosaurs existed Millions of years ago before the first human existed. And the dinosaurs are long gone specially when they wrote the Holy bible. That is why they are not mentioned in the Bible.

This is an interesting topic. Dinosaurs were never really mentioned in the Bible. However some theologians have some theories about when they existed. Let me quote Genesis 1:1-2 "(1) In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. (2) Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep..." Some theologians have this theory that dinosaurs existed between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2. In verse 1 it is said that God created the heavens and the earth then suddenly in verse 2 it is said that the earth was formless, empty, and dark. First question to ponder is, when God creates something isn't it always beautiful and good, then why is it that on verse 2 it was suddenly mentioned that the earth was formless, empty and dark. Some say during verse 1, this was the time when dinosaurs existed. But then what happened? Why did it became void in verse 2? They say between verse 1 and 2, somewhere during this era was when Lucifer (the fallen angel) rebelled against God and a battle in the heavens occurred and it went as far as destroying the earth as well including the dinosaurs and every living thing in it. So that's one theory I've heard about it. Hope I gave you something to think about. Hehe. Ultimately we'll only know once we get to heaven.

considering humans didn't begin to evolve untill almost 60 million years after the dinosaurs, there would have been none at the time.

Nice sense of hmour! By the way, maybe dinasaurs did not exist during the time of Adam & Eve or even Noah. Or maybe when Moses wrote the stories about the beginning of time, he didn't think it necessary to mention the dinasaur by name, just as he did not mention the cat or the spider. All I mean is that just because they are not mentioned does not mean they did not exist.
